WHOA Clubhouse

The Windermere HOA maintains a clubhouse for the use of Windermere residents only. Only those homeowners in good standing with the HOA will be allowed to rent the clubhouse. The rental fee is $35. Please call 251-WHOA (9462) or email the property manager for more information.

The clubhouse has 7-8 tables and approximately 55 chairs available. There is a sink, refrigerator, and bathroom inside and two small grills outside (see photos).
